Can we work with large production files?
Yes. Our hosting partner offers bandwidth that is more than adequate for even complex ad production.
Is our data safe in the Cloud?
Yes. We have a proven setup of backup and replication processes to ensure your data is safe and fast to restore in the unlikely event of a system crash. Amazon offers Multi Availability Zones that are used to duplicate data between multiple physically separated sites.
All Integration X servers are protected by firewalls and access restrictions similar to those of your own network.
What is the availability?
We offer guaranteed availability up to 99.5%
Can servers in the cloud work with servers on our own network?
Yes. Through a VPN tunnel, data on your internal servers can be accessed from the server in the Cloud and vice-versa. The VPN connection provides a safe, stable and fast connection at a fixed monthly rate.
Apart from hosting, what do we get?
Hosting is only a part of our Fully Managed Cloud offerings. We also include system and software maintenance, backups, scalable capacity for storage and speed, 2nd and 3rd level support, VPN connections and much more.
Can we always access our data?
Yes. Your data is always accessible, either through the Integration X solution or on a shared data drive.
Can we access our servers on OS level?
No. Since Integration X is responsible for the availability and performance, you can’t access solutions on OS level. However the SLA may include situations and rules for accessing the solution under certain circumstances.
Where is our solution hosted physically and how does data storage comply with legislation?
A Fully Managed Cloud uses a so-called Cloud License. In addition you pay a setup fee, hosting and the Service Level Agreement. We offer contracts that include all costs on contracts with a duration of 24 months or longer.
We offer a number of different financing options at a fixed monthly price and low upfront cost.
