Egmont Publishing Chooses ADPOINT
Egmont Publishing in Norway has chosen ADPOINT from Integration X to handle advertising materials for their Norwegian magazine titles.
Automated material chasing and quality control were some of the reasons why Oslo-based Egmont Publishing chose ADPOINT from Integration X to manage advertising materials for their Norwegian magazines.
At Egmont Publishing, ADPOINT imports advertising materials from various sources, preflights them through Enfocus Pitstop and sends them on to pagination in a few seconds. This secures that material delivery is possible right up to deadline and that preflight errors and warnings are instantly caught as they are easily available through ADPOINTs browser based user interface.
Through a tight integration with NADA, the preferred media distribution network in Norway, Egmont now benefits from fully automatic linking of ad materials to the correct orders. Hours of work matching materials and orders is now eliminated.
In addition to this, ADPOINT is the central hub for all advertising materials. E-mail driven material chasing, rich meta data handling and flexible search tools deliver fast and flexible material management and tracking where all information is available in a single system.
Next phase of the project will include two-way integration to Egmont Publishing’s new ad booking solution.
